Our store is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

 

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

 

Description, Pricing and Availability                               

Price error

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel, for a price error only, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery charges

Delivery costs will be charged in addition according to delivery country policy; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

 

Products displayed on the online store may be marked as:

i.  available in stock;

ii. out of stock, meaning that the marked product is temporarily out of stock.

iii.  unavailable, meaning that the marked product is no longer available for sale (out of stock, discontinued, etc.).

The type of products displayed on the online store and their availability may vary at any time.

In the event that a product becomes unavailable after we have accepted your order, we will inform you via e-mail within three (3) business days from order acceptance and we will reimburse the price you paid for the product(s). In case of order cancelation due to lack of stock we will reimburse as well any shipping costs your order may be applied with.

Terms of sale

When you place an order to purchase a product from our website, Caribbons will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to Caribbons to purchase our products which is only accepted once you receive our order confirmation email.

Please note all orders are subject to product availability. All prices listed are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time.

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. The purchasers may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. The Site may not be used to order items in bulk for resale. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact them for instructions or cancel their order and notify our customer of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and their credit card charged.

You can pay the price of the products and the delivery costs with the credit card or by cash payment method. We reserve the right to remove or add any payment method without prior communication. These changes may be updated on the online store by us at any time.

 

Credit Card or Payment Card

You can enter your payment details at the time of the product delivery using a valid credit or payment card (with a VISA, Mastercard or AMEX logo).

The applicable amount will immediately be debited on your credit/payment card. We reserve the right to check the validity of the credit/payment card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks. Please note that applicable bank charges will be borne by you.

 

Voucher/Gift Card/Promotional Discount

During the checkout, if the option is available you can choose to pay by a voucher, a promotional code or your Gift Card by placing the code on the “promotional code”. The amount corresponding to your voucher/ promotional code or gift card will automatically be reduced to the total amount of your purchase. If the funds on your voucher, promotional code or gift card are not sufficient to pay the total amount of your purchase, then you will have to use the Credit Card payment methodology to complete your purchase.

 

Dispatch and delivery of products 

We will only dispatch your goods once payment has been successfully done. We aim to ship the orders on the next working day from payment reception, however we recommend you place your order before 11AM to ensure order is dispatched on the next working day.

We dispatch orders exclusively to the countries indicated in our online store with consideration of the product ordered and the delivery destination. Caribbons reserves the right to choose the best carrier option for these dispatches without any prior notification to you. Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address indicated by you during the purchase process. May this fail to happen please contact our Customer Service.

Products will be delivered from the UAE by the selected courier within seven working days (as per UAE working calendar) from the date of dispatch for international delivery and within 2 working days from day of dispatch in the United Arab Emirates.

Please note that delivery leadtimes listed on this site are approximations only and may be affected by national holidays and rules / regulations associated with local post offices. 

Quoted price is for standard shipping only (most economical option). We are not liable for loss of packages through the international postal system.

We ship worldwide except for a handful of countries. Please, contact us at the following email address: caribbons@gmail.com with your order for international delivery.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box Addresses. Please provide a full delivery address and telephone contact number when you place your order to avoid delays.

 

Delivery delay

If our supply of the products is delayed due to an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. In such case, you may want to cancel your order and you can request its cancellation. To do so, please contact our Customer Service (caribbons@gmail.com). In such event, you will receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received. 

You have legal rights and legal remedies if we deliver any products late.

 

Reception of goods and packaging quality check

We highly recommend you, or any person selected by you to receive your order, to check both: Packaging and sealing to ensure package has not been damaged/ Number of units of boxes received is the same as the one stated in the carrier delivery note.

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with the contract. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights and remedies.

www.caribbons.com will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of the UAE. Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

When shipped outside of the UAE, Caribbons’ items may be subject to import duties and taxes. We do not pay these duties and taxes, and you are not charged for these at the time of placing your order. The shipping courier will invoice these upon delivery and you will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties or taxes.

 

Returns

You may contact us within 3 days from the date of the order by email at caribbons@gmail.com and new items shall be postmarked within 7 days from the order date for an exchange of the product. We will pay the return shipping cost if and only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and we will send for free the correct ordered item, once the defective item is received and our team has confirmed its condition as new and unused. If the item(s) is not returned in new condition, we will contact you but we will not guarantee the shipping of a new item.

 

Disclaimer of liability

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai and to waive any objections based upon venue.

The Website Owner shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to their access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, them or their company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither the Website Owner nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to them or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any share price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

Trademarks and Copyrights

All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Site, information content on the Site and all the website design, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software shall remain our property  and protected under UAE copyright laws and international conventions.

 

Termination

In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to our customers, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination. they furthermore agree that the Site shall not be liable to our customer or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of www.caribbons.com in operating the Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

 

Arbitration

Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in Dubai, UAE in English and governed by Dubai law pursuant to the Rules of Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration of 1994 (Dubai), as amended, replaced or re-enacted from time to time. The arbitrator shall be a person who is independent of either party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Site reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.

 

Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

 

Entire agreement

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and www.caribbons.com. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by the Cofounders of www.caribbons.com.
