Return & Exchange

1/ the product is damaged and needs an exchange:

Please send us an email within 3 days of the receipt of your order at caribbons@gmail.com listing your order number, reason for return with pictures showing the damage. 

We will respond to your request within two working days and, if accepted, we will ask you to ship the product back to us. All returns must be received in new condition and in their original packaging; unworn. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.Please ensure that the items are well protected and cannot be damaged during transportation. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Returns postmarked after 7 days of the receipt of your order will not be accepted.

We strongly advise that you secure a tracking number for your return as Caribbons will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit. Please remember to enclose the details of the return in the package and keep the return shipping invoice.

It is important that you clearly state on the return parcel MAIL ORDER GOODS RETURNED TO SUPPLIER to avoid customs duty and delay in processing the return request.

- Exchange only: Once your package has been received, we will notify you by email. You will receive the same new item within 10 days from the approval of the returned product along with the refund of the return shipping cost.
